Adult Males: Take 2 capsules daily. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store in a tightly closed, light-resistant container in a cool, dry place.

Recommended use or purpose:
Tribulus is traditionally used in Ayurveda as aphrodisiac for men; for relief of difficult or painful urination; to help relieve hemorrhoids. Maca helps to support emotional aspects of sexual health. Saw Palmetto used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the urologic symptoms (e.g. weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and night time urination) associated with mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia. Siberian ginseng used in Herbal Medicine to help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion.
Do not use if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking other diuretic products. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae family (e.g.carrot, celery, parsley).
Known Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Diuretic effect may occur. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.

If you are taking antidepressants, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking blood thinners, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
